The U.S. Army North, Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis IG Office provides assistance to commanders, Soldiers, family members, civilian employees and others seeking help with problems related to the U.S. Army. No appointment is necessary to see the IG. Walk-ins are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily.
Mission
To inquire into and report on the discipline, efficiency, economy, morale, training, and readiness of the command.
What Can the IG Do For You?
- Provide confidential assistance
- Conduct confidential unit sensing sessions (BN Level)
- Inspect for systemic problems
- Teach and Train
- Inquire into alleged wrongdoing with maximum confidentiality
- Investigate to protect the good name of the command and/or the individual
- Review policies/ethical standards/CMD policy letters
- Give guidance on how to resolve Soldier issues/challenges
