HOW TO REQUEST SHAREPOINT PORTAL ACCESS

Army Users

Navigate Here:

https://armyeitaas.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/arno-access-request

Fill out the Request Form and click the “Submit Request” button

Once you receive an email that you have been granted access, please allow up to 30 minutes for the permissions to propagate.

PLEASE NOTE: Access is granted for no longer than one year from the date of approval. At the end of that year, you must resubmit your access request for approval.

All Other DoD Users

Navigate Here:

Agree to the terms and log into milSuite

Scroll down to the Access Packages table and select the Access Package Link for the Army365 Tenant

Enter your DoD .mil email address when asked to login

PLEASE NOTE: Do not immediately try to go the ARNORTH portal. You will receive an email that your army guest account has been created. At this time, there still may be a delay in access to the Access Request site.

Once you receive the email confirmation, Navigate Here:

Fill out the Request For and click the “Submit Request” button

How to Request Access to NORTHCOM SharePoint Portal

 A DISA guest account is required before you can access the NORAD and USNORTHCOM portal. 

See instructions below.  “Note that it could take up to 24 hours for permissions to apply once your account is created”

Utilize the DISA Guest Account Tool:

• Have your external mission partner navigate to Access Package:

https://myaccess.microsoft.us/@dod365.onmicrosoft.us#/access-packages/767a6faf-3bfc-4f2a-b1c7-f86fa9309883

• Select DoD365-J DoD Guest under Access Package.

• Click Request.

• Your request is being processed. Your access should auto-approved.

Once you have a guest account (and wait 24 hours) you can reach the NNC
