HOW TO REQUEST SHAREPOINT PORTAL ACCESS

PART I - Requestor/User

-Complete all fields outlined in RED

-Select appropriate ARNORTH Sponsor (this is the staff section that you will be working in)

-Once signed and dated, 'click' Submit Form

-Email box should open with pre-filled text from request form attached

-Attach completed DoD Cyber Awareness training certificate

-Send email

PART II - ARNORTH Staff Knowledge Management Representative (KMR)

-Once email received, Approve/Deny Portal request

-(if Approved) Staff KMR sends decision to Command Knowledge Management(CKM) via email (usarmy.jbsa.arnorth.mbx.knowledge-management@army.mil)

-User verifies access to ARNORTH Portal

-(if Denied) Staff KMR sends decision to Requester

-Requester accepts decision or completes new access form
